Leadership

Our Leaders

Dr. Jeffery VanGoethem, Senior Pastor, Scofield Church

Welcome to the website of Scofield Christian School! For many decades Scofield Church has invested in the lives of young people through a school focused on top notch academics and exemplary training in the Christian faith. Our young graduates have gone on to distinguish themselves both as students and as Christian young people, capable of leading and serving in a needy world. We remain committed to assisting families and young people in being equipped for “every good work” (2Tim. 3:16-17) and built up in “all things that pertain to life and godliness” (2Pet. 1:3). May your association with Scofield Christian School be the blessing it has been for so many others. Our administration, staff, and faculty stand ready to minister to you and your family.

Mr. John Craig,  Head of School, Scofield Christian School

One of the first and most important priorities for a parent is to “bring [their children] up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” (Eph. 6:4)  Scofield Christian School is committed to coming alongside parents in this crucial responsibility. As a Christian school educator for forty years, I am committed to, for God’s glory and His purposes, inclining children’s hearts toward Jesus Christ and thoroughly equipping them for His call on their lives.  We do that in an environment that sees each child as fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God. John Milton, English poet and statesman, said that the end of learning as to lead children to “know God aright, and out of that knowledge to love Him, to imitate Him, to be like Him.”

Our Vision

It is the vision of Scofield Christian School to have every student realize his or her God-given potential while living a Christ-centered life.

Our Mission

Scofield Christian School partners with families to provide children with an academically challenging education that is well-balanced, comprehensive, and integrated with Biblical truths within a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.
